Purpose of the Role

As an Assistant Store Manager at Aesop The Strand, you will be working closely with your Store Manager and team to drive the success and performance of of one of Aesop's longest standing doors.

In your role as Assistant Store Manager at The Strand, you will be collaborating with your Store Manager to identify key opportunities for your business that will support witheelevation and growth of sales and team performance.

What we are looking for

  • Leadership experience within customer, retail or hospitality service environment

  • Proven track record of effective selling skills and ability to drive commercial outcomes in a retail or hospitality environment

  • History of successfully leading and coaching a team, creating an inclusive and psychologically safe work environment

  • Demonstrated ability to utilise empathy to manage interpersonal relationships

  • Open mindset and deep curiosity seeking to understand others, listen without judgement and act on diverse perspectives

  • Strong communication, problem-solving, commercial acumen and merchandising skills
