Logistics Coordinator
We are looking for an experienced Logistics Coordinator with a strong focus on customer service excellence to coordinate shipments to our customers and manage return Logistics, and assist with supply chain activities.
The Logistics Coordinator’s role is to ensure the effective, timely and management of shipments meet customer requirements and to lead and manage the positive experience of both internal stakeholders and external customers within the context of the Supply Chain, while demonstrating a commitment to a culture of continuous improvement, efficient logistics network, reduced logistics cost, and operational excellence.
We are looking for a motivated team player who is solution-oriented, demonstrates initiative, and has an energetic approach with a focus on efficiency, accuracy, and attention to detail. Duties include but are not limited to:
Job Requirements
Coordinate outgoing shipments in line with each Jurisdiction's rules and regulations and aligned with Company Polices and Logistics Department Procedures.
Coordinate reverse Logistics in line with each jurisdiction's rules and regulations for Trade in Gaming Machines and Spare parts and aligned with Company Polices and Logistics Department Procedures.
Manage Gaming Machine Trade-in reports and metrics.
Manage record-keeping processes and procedures.
Co-ordinate Incoming shipments to support New Product Introduction.
Coordinated incoming and Outgoing Service Logistics Shipments.
Manage and process Tax invoices from Freight companies and suppliers.
Coordinated incoming and Outgoing shipments to Freight Forwarders Storage facilities.
Co-ordinate and Manage Outgoing and Incoming Aristocrat Gaming Show Shipments.
Validate and align Cope sensitive freight Tax Invoices and process in AX system for Management approval.
Assist in managing Logistics activities for international exports and import shipments.
Assist in resource planning and scheduling service technician daily installing gaming machines and spare parts job activities.
Liaising with freight forwarders to track shipments to support customer enquiries.
Manage enquiries from Internal departments to support financial activities.
Create and update procedures in line with Logistics activities.
Have a detailed understanding of business compliance requirements and ensure all company policies and procedures are followed, leading to Zero Compliance breaches.
Follow all WHS regulations and procedures to ensure the safety and well-being of fellow team members and self. Ensure due diligence is displayed at all times during operations and that all required reporting processes are adhered to.
Follow and adhere to all quality procedures and reporting requirements to ensure the required standards of quality are met.
Participate & engage in all elements of the Aristocrat Due Diligence framework and complete any Compliance, Team training, and or audits as requested within the time frames provided.
Understand and demonstrate Aristocrat’s Power Plays Values and behaviors.
What We're Looking For
Minimum 3 years of experience in Warehousing and Logistics.
Advance Experience in Microsoft Dynamics AX, Advance Excel experience, Basic Experience in Microsoft outlook.
Education College Coursework completed.
Exceptional communication and time management skills with a high attention to detail.
Strong organisational and time management skills with a high attention to detail.
A positive attitude with a demonstrated customer service focus.
Ability to remain calm under pressure.
Ability to work autonomously.
