About the Opportunity
Reporting to the Technical Administrator Lead, we have a position available for an experienced data and records administrator. The role is responsible for undertaking administration, coordination and release control activities for all administrative, technical and manufacturing for ASC’s leading programs. These roles will encompass the receipt, recording and transmission of documentation in accordance with current licences and agreements.
Responsibilities
- Administering ASC transmittals and transmittal processes in accordance with ASC Policy for Intellectual Property, Technology Controls and classified documentation
- Ensuring all Document Management deliverables and/or releases are made to schedule and distribution of all documentation to internal and external customers occur in a timely and accurate manner
- Participating in testing of enhancements to the corporate systems and assist with data integrity activities
- Ensuring that Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) adequately and accurately records the receipt and distribution of affected documentation
About you
- Previous experience in an administrative role or experience in Document/Records Management
- Demonstrated ability to be focused and accurate in detail of day to day work
- Ability to identify, manage, escalate and deliver solutions to problems in a document management environment
- Undertake tasks accordingly with a high standard of personal organisation and departmental goals
- Ability to support and take responsibility for a number of tasks individually while working as part of a team
- Ability to work in a team environment
Eligibility
This role requires a current National Police Clearance and an Australian Defence Security Clearance to an NV1 level. Your eligibility for this role is dependent on you obtaining and maintaining such clearance.
Whilst ASC will accept all applications for this role, as this role requires an ability to access protected US defence technology, applicants holding nationality of certain foreign countries will not be eligible.
