Your background

• 5+ years experience in change management or transition management for long-term enterprise-wide complex projects.

• Strong analytical skills to interpret data, identify trends, make data-driven recommendations, and present complex information clearly to various stakeholders.

• A proven track record of using project management methods and tools to get work done.

• Strong program communications skills with experience writing internal communications to convey complex messaging and influence others.

• You thrive on the success of the entire team, as well as the individual team members

• You demonstrate Innovative and creative thinking, with strong influencing and execution skills.

• Experience in the fast-paced and changing environment industry is preferred.
