• 5+ years of hands-on professional experience crafting user experiences for enterprise software/services. (Experience of creating products for developers is a plus).

• Deep experience working across complex design systems that span multiple products

• Strong facilitation and collaboration abilities, a flexible and friendly approach to working with teams, and the attitude to always strive for the best outcomes

• Equally strong UX and UI skills. As adept at creating customer journey flows and wirsframes as you are with pushing the boundaries in visual design.

• Ability to define projects and measures of success, test your assumptions and outcomes, and continuously incorporate feedback

• Interest in being a self-starter with your eye constantly on solutions: you are someone who can easily step into the user’s shoes with enthusiasm to craft magical experiences

You will need to show a portfolio that:

• Demonstrates a passion for experiences, services, and products

• Exhibits stylistic breadth, attention to detail, and balances beauty, innovation and usability

• Shows experiences with diverse content and subject matter
