Formula for Success
In this role, you will be responsible for driving the ongoing commercial success of our products while supporting key customers and introducing new innovations within the entire Pest Control Solutions portfolio.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement territory planning and customer management systems, ensuring frequent contact with end-users.
- Travel as required to support your defined sales territory, building relationships with Pest Control Operators (PCOs) and key influencers.
- Develop and maintain a customer database through research and outreach to new businesses.
- Conduct product demonstrations and technical training sessions as directed by the National Sales Manager.
- Manage key customer relationships, providing support for product positioning and identifying opportunities for the development and sale of BASF products.
- Share market insights to prioritize development projects and contribute to the product development and evaluation process.

To be successful in this role, you’ll possess a combination of great communication, strong stakeholder management skills, and an ability to translate technical information into business needs.
- Strong relationship management skills with an understanding of tact and diplomacy in all interactions.
- Excellent time management abilities to handle territory, expenses, and company business with minimal supervision.
- A strong sense of responsibility, demonstrated by the ability to meet deadlines and drive business opportunities for the betterment of the team.
