Formula for Success

In this permanent position as a Production Operator, you’ll work as part of a close-knit team at our Somersby site to safely ensure the production and repacking of goods in accordance with production scheduling requirements.

You’ll:

  • Replenish bulk storage, prepare and process organic based Agricultural products
  • Set up and break down of production equipment.
  • Operate the equipment and plant in accordance to structured procedures.
  • General production and warehouse duties, including loading of transport vehicles.
  • Ensure quality and issue management and report any issues to management.

Ingredients for Success

To be successful in this role you’ll be a team player, with the ability to manage multiple priorities whilst keeping a keen focus on quality and safety.

You’ll:

  • Ideally have experience in a production environment, manufacturing plant and/or warehouse-based position
  • Demonstrate examples of taking the initiative to problem solve and improve process.

Working Hours

The days and hours of work for this position are Monday to Thursday, from 6 AM to 4 PM, with Fridays off.
