Reporting to the Head of Strategy & EPMO, you will be responsible for managing the EPMO’s governance and assurance processes, delivery tools, templates and frameworks, including all aspects of project portfolio reporting and insights. You will also support the Head of Strategy and EPMO with facilitating the monthly Portfolio Investment Forum which governs the portfolio with senior stakeholders. You will play a crucial role in supporting the organisation's strategic initiatives and project management efforts. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you will contribute your analytical expertise to ensure the successful delivery of key projects.

Your Key Duties will include:

• Management of project portfolio report using clear business language to communicate status and progress to the Portfolio Investment Forum and the Board
• Working in the capacity as the secretariat of the monthly Portfolio Investment Forum including facilitating meeting invitations (with the relevant Executive Assistants), compiling pre-read materials to a high standard, finalising minutes, agenda items and liaising with presenters of the meeting.
• Provide analysis of performance data from across multiple projects and programs within the portfolio
• Ensure project status reports are submitted with quality data, to a high standard and on time and work with project managers to uplift where needed
• Develop and regularly review the EPMO’s governance and assurance processes, tools, templates, and frameworks including the EPMO induction pack
• Develop and manage EPMO best practice project artefacts, tools and processes
• Administer OnePlan, our Project Portfolio Management (PPM) Tool on behalf of EPMO including supporting the project managers as required

About You:

• Proven experience as an EPMO Analyst or in a similar project management support role
• Demonstrated experience and knowledge in Project Management Office (PMO) practices and processes including delivery methodologies such as PMBOK, Prince2, scrum, kanban, lean.
• Quality reporting and analytical skills demonstrated through quality portfolio level reporting and executive dashboards
• Monitoring and tracking project status and health and escalating portfolio issues as required
• Strategic Influencing and stakeholder management skills
• Excellent communication skills in verbal, written and presentations
• Outcomes focused and ability to deliver to quality results on time
