Change Manager
We currently have an opportunity for a 12 month Change Manager role in Sydney, Melbourne or Adelaide. Join our Project Management Office and play a key role in role in creating and implementing change management strategies and plans that maximize employee adoption and usage and minimize resistance. Reporting to PMO Manager you'll help deliver high-quality outcomes that support our essential services.
What You’ll Do
This role offers a broad scope, with key responsibilities including:
- Develop and implement change management plans across programs and projects, including evaluating impacts, managing resistance, and ensuring alignment with project goals.
- Lead change management workstreams using structured methodologies, while providing coaching and training to employees at all levels.
- Define success metrics, track performance, and report updates to management and project teams to support informed decision-making.
- Establish and manage a benefits realisation framework to ensure measurable outcomes are achieved during and after program delivery.
- Promote a safe, collaborative, and knowledge-sharing work environment by role modelling HSE standards, mentoring staff, and encouraging continuous improvement.
What You’ll Bring
- Tertiary qualifications (or equivalent extensive experience) in information technology, computer science, business or related discipline.
Change management certification or designation desired; Prosci Certification, plus and demonstratable experience. - Strong experience and knowledge of change management principles, methodologies, tools, and documentation, including communications and training delivery.
- Proven ability to manage and deliver change in agile environments and large-scale organisational transformations.
- Advanced stakeholder engagement, with excellent communication, influencing skills, and the ability to build strong relationships across various audiences.
- High level of business acumen, including understanding organisational challenges, commercial drivers, and benefits realisation frameworks.
