The Team Leader is a hands-on configuration role which also has leadership responsibilities for a team of Implementation Consultants within the Entsia Delivery team. The goal of the team leader is to ensure that each of their team members is utilised and developed to their full capability.
The Team Leader is the go-to for day-to-day support and leadership, and they themselves report directly to the Consulting Manager. They are responsible for quality of the team’s work, the commercial outcomes of the team, team skillset coverage and the team’s ongoing development in alignment with Entsia’s values.
It is expected that approximately 40% of the Team Leader’s capacity will be dedicated to the direct support and leadership of their team members with the remainder available for hands on project implementation activities.
The Team Leader is expected to consult with their peer group for resolution of issues, whilst providing clarity and consistency of solutions in line with the other teams.
The remaining 60% capacity represents hands-on implementation of the customer’s requirements utilising the Entsia platform, incorporating requirements gathering, data modelling solutions, implementation of configuration to deliver customer products, as per the Implementation Consultant job description.
Responsibilities
The role includes the following responsibilities:

Leading a team of Implementation Consultants of ranging seniority (and other members of the Delivery team if required)

Supporting the Delivery Managers to deliver a profitable outcome for Entsia and exceed customer expectations.

Focussing their team on the priorities of the company and achieving both short- and longer-term goals.

Support pre-sales activities as required, particularly as experts in the implementation of our platform, including pre-sales meeting, high-level solution design, estimating and risk assessment.

Recruitment, on-boarding and professional development/training of team members

Coaching and mentoring team members.
