Reporting to the Infrastructure Delivery Manager (physical infrastructure) the Asset Performance Analyst will be responsible for ensuring the asset data integrity and asset information accuracy meets the business needs.

In this role, you'll be a key player in understanding and improving how we manage our assets. You'll use our systems to gather information about how our assets are performing, analyse that data, and create reports that help us make better decisions.

Specifically, you will:

  • Dive deep into the data: Extract and analyse key information about our assets, like how well they're working and their current condition.
  • Provide valuable insights: Use your analysis and previous experience to understand what's working well and what needs improvement and share your findings with the team.
  • Ensure data integrity: Make sure all the information we have about our assets is correct and up to date.
  • Manage our CMMS: Oversee and improve the system we use to track maintenance activities for our assets.

Essentially, you'll be helping us make smarter decisions about how we manage our assets, ensuring they're reliable, efficient, and cost-effective.

  • Planning and prioritisation of responsibilities that range from analytics and reporting, training and support, system improvements and operations; to ensure prompt and accurate completion.

The success measures for this role include:

  • Provide support in the development and implementation of the Asset Management Strategy, plans and procedures.
  • Manage Maximo as a software platform, including facilitating training and improvement requests.
  • Optimise and configure the CMMS to bring alignment with evolving analytical business objectives, including CMMS Management plans and processes, maintenance reporting, and compliance with internal IT technology policies.
  • Manage and contribute to the development of processes that optimise and integrate new and existing asset software systems; including (and not limited to) financial systems.
