We’re on the lookout for an Enterprise Applications Lead to drive the strategic management of our key enterprise platforms, including Salesforce, Workday, and Adaptive. If you're a dynamic leader with a passion for optimizing technology to support business transformation, this role is for you!

Leading and mentoring a team of enterprise application specialists
Overseeing and optimising enterprise platforms like Salesforce, Workday & Adaptive
Collaborating with business units to align technology with strategic goals
Managing vendors and driving innovation in enterprise application management
Ensuring security, compliance, and performance standards are met
What you will bring:
Leadership & Strategy: Proven experience leading high-performing teams and driving enterprise technology strategy. Technical Expertise: Hands-on experience managing and optimizing enterprise applications like Salesforce, Workday, and Adaptive.
Project & Stakeholder Management: Ability to work cross-functionally, aligning technology with business goals while managing vendors and budgets.
Problem-Solving & Innovation: A proactive, solution-oriented mindset, with a focus on continuous improvement and operational efficiency.
Security & Governance Knowledge: Understanding of IT governance, data security, compliance, and risk management.
