Provide analytical and technical support to both internal and external clients across a broad range of system and process improvement initiatives covering all aspects of Superannuation administration and management. Assist with configuration, scripting, testing and documentation for Superannuation administration systems.
Some of the awesome things you’ll be involved with:
Provide superannuation and technology subject matter expertise when required
Consult with internal and client stakeholders across the full software development and project lifecycle
Work closely with clients to identify areas of process improvement and best practice
Ensure that all client deliveries and interactions adhere to the highest quality standards
Requirements gathering
Solution / system design
System configuration
Integration specification
Quality assurance
Technical and user documentation
Acurity Architect scripting
What you will bring:
Experience in a similar business or systems analyst role in the Australian financial services industry
Practical experience with superannuation technology systems. Experience with Acurity will be highly regarded
Sound understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC)
Understand and have experience with version control systems such as Subversion
MS Office suite literacy
Relevant qualifications in Accounting, I.T. or Superannuation will be highly regarded
Strong numeracy skills, familiarity with spreadsheets and analytical and reporting tools
Ability to work effectively within a team and with external and internal clients and stakeholders
This is a client facing role which requires excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Track record of successful delivery; meeting deadlines with accuracy and quality
