As a Program Manager, Wealth Operations, you’ll be a driving force behind the successful execution of key initiatives across Sales, Customer, Product, and Technology. You’ll lead the implementation of best-in-class program management frameworks, ensuring strategic alignment, proactive risk management, and operational efficiency.

Some of the awesome things you’ll be involved with
Program & Delivery Management – Oversee the end-to-end program of work, ensuring that initiatives are effectively prioritised, sequenced, and resourced to maintain momentum.
Framework & Process Optimisation – Implement and embed fit-for-purpose project and program management methodologies, improving visibility, alignment, and execution across all functions.
Risk & Issue Management – Proactively identify risks, dependencies, and potential roadblocks, ensuring timely intervention and escalation to leadership when necessary.
Stakeholder Engagement & Reporting – Establish clear reporting mechanisms and dashboards to provide leadership with ongoing visibility into program progress, challenges, and key decision points.
Resource & Capacity Planning – Ensure that product development and engineering initiatives align with available resources, balancing competing priorities to enable efficient execution.
Continuous Improvement & Innovation – Foster a culture of continuous improvement, driving efficiencies in delivery, embedding scalable program management practices, and removing bottlenecks.
What you will bring
Proven experience in program and project management, delivery assurance, or PMO leadership, ideally within a technology-driven business.
A strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall) and change management frameworks.
Proven ability to partner with and influence senior stakeholders, ensuring alignment and collaboration across cross-functional teams.
A highly analytical mindset, with the ability to surface insights, identify challenges, and drive data-driven decision-making.
A track record of embedding scalable program and project management frameworks, improving delivery discipline and execution.
Excellent communication and reporting skills, with the ability to translate complex information into clear, actionable insights.
A continuous improvement mindset, comfortable leading change, fostering innovation, and building new capabilities from the ground up.
