About the team
As part of our Client Experience team, you will play a vital role in showcasing the firm and our people to the market, our clients and prospects. The team is responsible for building engaging and consistent experiences that support our people to build meaningful relationships with clients through insights, communications and events. About the role
The Events and Sponsorship Advisor will drive the firm’s event and sponsorship programs to effectively profile the Pitcher Partners brand in market and deliver exceptional experiences to clients, prospects, key stakeholders and our people. You will manage the end-to-end event process, working with partners and stakeholders to identify objectives and requirements, and ensure outcomes delivered align to these.
You will also manage the firm’s sponsorship program to maximise value delivered, including identifying opportunities from both existing and new partnerships. This dynamic individual will be relied on to have great relationship skills, be highly organised and be adept at managing multiple priorities. This role is 12-month contract on a part-time basis (3 days per week).
Key responsibilities
- Deliver Pitcher Partners’ client, sponsor, staff events and activations
- Drive the firm’s end to end event management process including project management and delivery of in-person and hyrbid events
- Work with partners and stakeholders to identify objectives, requirements, and risks associated with the event, and provide expert recommendations to ensure outcomes delivered meet objectives
- Manage the firm’s key sponsorships to maximise value and ensure benefits are delivered
- Identify opportunities for new sponsorships or ways to further leverage existing sponsorships
Who we’re after

- A degree or diploma in Marketing, Communications, Events Management, Hospitality or a similar discipline preferred.
- Excellent planning and organisation skills, and demonstrated ability to effectively juggle tasks and prioritise work.
- Ability to think on your feet and find creative solutions to problems, while maintaining a positive outlook.
