Rentokil Initial (the world’s largest pest control company) has an exciting position available for a Digital Implementation Manager to join our vibrant, passionate, fast paced national operations team. This role plays a vital part in driving Rentokil-Initial's digital transformation strategy and will ensure the successful adoption of IoT pest control devices across Australia. Reporting into the Digital & Connect Deployment Manager, this role will be required to partner with the service & sales teams, central functions and global teams in order to deliver the strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure national performance of IoT devices KPIs nationally, drive engagement across the business, and escalate issues as needed.
  • Provide training & support to operations & sales teams to promote national adoption of best practice, overcome technical issues and maintain training material.
  • Effective programme management of various deployment initiatives including new product field trials, national rollouts and upgrades ensuring timely delivery and clear communication.
  • Ensure continuous improvement of processes and technology through exposing weaknesses, prioritizing, by identifying opportunities, plan and deliver cost-effective outcomes, and represent local needs in global forums.
  • Compliance: Ensure adherence to company policies and safety procedures.

The successful candidate will ideally have:

  • Demonstrated leadership & communication skills
  • Proven stakeholder & relationship management ability
  • Strong prioritization & time management skills
  • Data analysis, critical thinking & problem solving
  • Change or project management experience
  • Management experience in operations / service delivery roles
  • Bachelor degree or relevant professional qualification preferred
  • Advanced knowledge of the Google suite (Sheets, Slides, Docs)
