The position

In this role, you will be responsible for greeting visitors and contractors in a professional and friendly manner, ensuring adherence to visitor and contractor policies. You will assist the public by assessing their needs and connecting them with the appropriate ReturnToWorkSA representative. Additionally, you will maintain the ground floor meeting rooms to a high standard, ensuring they are clean, well-stocked, and ready for use, while also managing utility rooms, including the disposal of used printer cartridges and ordering stationery supplies.

This role involves handling deliveries of packages and mail, notifying recipients, and providing basic information to the public. In collaboration with the facilities management team, assistance will be provided with maintenance requests, job logging, and coordination with contractors as needed. Maintaining a well-presented and welcoming reception area will be a key responsibility, along with offering support to the Finance group as directed.

This is a part time role at 0.8 FTE, working Tuesday to Friday, between 8:30am and 5:00pm, including a one-hour break. We are open to considering a full-time arrangement for the right candidate.

About you

You are passionate about customer service, with a courteous, and empathetic approach. You understand the vital role a receptionist plays in keeping the organisation running smoothly. You are self-driven, confident, and capable of working autonomously while staying organised and taking a hands-on approach. Ideally, you have a Certificate III in Administration or relevant industry experience, strong administrative skills, and present yourself professionally. Your excellent verbal communication skills and basic knowledge of MS Word and Excel will be key to your success.

The total remuneration package for this position is starting from $54,147 (exclusive of superannuation), which will be prorated to account for the part time hours. The final offer will be commensurate with the successful candidate’s qualifications, skills and experiences.
