WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
About the Team
Based at MILVEHCOE (Military Vehicle Centre of Excellence) Redbank, you will predominantly support the Head of Production and engage with the various leaders across the Production team.
About the Role
The Production Capability Officer plays a crucial role in supporting the Head of Production by ensuring accurate and timely production reporting, as well as assisting with workforce planning and resource allocation.
This position is responsible for streamlining reporting processes, analysing production data and coordinating with the various key stakeholders across each department to ensure workforce-planning alignment with production goals and objectives.

The experience and skillset best suited to this role includes:
- Proven experience in a production environment, with a focus on reporting and workforce planning;
- Proficient in MS Office i.e. Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook (intermediate to advanced);
- Microsoft SharePoint user experience (intermediate);
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams;
- Ability to manage multiple takes simultaneously and work under pressure to meet deadlines;
- Knowledge of workforce planning and scheduling;
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced and dynamic environment; and
- Eligibility to obtain and maintain a Defence security clearance (typically a Baseline or NV1 clearance), depending on the role’s responsibilities.
