This is an exciting time for Richard Crookes Constructions as we embark on a new Safety journey.
We are looking to grow our already experienced Safety team to continually improve our process & safety execution as Tamara Johnson our Group Head of Safety has big plans and an aspirational vision for the future.
Given our project diversity, we currently have opportunities for the right candidate – for site-based roles on projects ranging from $20M to $300M+
ABOUT YOU
You will be a WHS&E Advisor providing specialist safety support to operational project leaders and providing safety guidance to front line supervisors and workers. Gathering data from lag indicators (audits & incidents) to map trends to target the projects safety approach.
Assisting with the implementation of company safety initiatives and RCC wide consultation processes developed within the business unit. You will be required to manage the implementation of HPI (High Potential Incidents) lessons learnt at project level.
You will have the skills to promote, flag and lead project high risk workshops with your team and subcontractors.
