Responsibilities:

You’ll benefit from the support of an experienced and motivated safety leadership team whilst you drive and facilitate the site management of Health, Safety & Environmental activities including but not limited to:
  • Providing specialist safety guidance to project leaders & site supervisors/workers.
  • Facilitate the management of the EHS and environmental systems in accordance with the PMP
  • Positively advocate facilitation of HE&E duties through mentoring and coaching
  • Assess data via lag indicators (audits & incidents) to map trends and help influence the projects safety approach.
  • Support the implementation of safety initiatives and new technologies to improve culture and company performance (HammerTech)
Requirements
  • Demonstrated practical construction related safety coordination/management experience & knowledge, delivering mid to large projects; built form (preferably), civil construction or infrastructure
  • WHS industry relevant qualifications and certificates
  • Collaborative communication skills consistent with effective consultation, influencing and relationship building.
  • Competent computer and system skills - HammerTech training provided.
