Product Campaign Manager

The role
Reporting to the Brand and Marketing Manager, the Product Campaign Manager will support the business on its journey to becoming a digital utility. This role will be responsible for leading the customer marketing plan and driving the ongoing customer behaviour change trials.
This Digital Utility program is trialling new technologies, with an aim to explore and confirm the benefits that this technology can bring to customers. Key responsibilities of this exciting 12-month, fixed term opportunity include the following:
- Leading the customer marketing plan for the digital meter exchange program.
- Developing and leading the implementation of the automated customer communication processes.
- Identifying and creating the customer journeys.
- Leading the design and execution of the customer behaviour change program.
- Working closely with a range of teams to deliver customer outcomes.
- Creating and driving the go-to-market campaigns for new product development.
- Identifying opportunities for continuous improvement across the digital meter exchange role out plan and overall customer experience.
- Understanding digital communication best practice and working across the business to champion digital communication processes that support the delivery of a positive online customer experience.
- Content copy writing, developing website content when required.
Who are you?
To be successful in this role, you will have experience in developing and delivering marketing strategies and strategic campaigns across a range of customer channels including email and SMS communication, digital channels like website and service portals, and field-based interactions.
Proven experience working with a mass-market customer base within a complex, regulated and highly collaborative environment is essential.
More specifically, you will possess:
- Test and learn/experimentation experience.
- Customer behavioural change experience and understanding of the value of behavioural and data science.
- Technical capabilities in page creation and experience in AEM is beneficial.
- Sound knowledge and experience operating within a government environment and of Board environments/governance.
