About the Role

Join us in Melbourne and help shape the future of sports and racing betting at Sportsbet. This is a 12-month fixed-term, 3-day-a-week job share role (Wednesday - Friday), where you’ll work alongside an existing team member, with Wednesdays as the shared day.

With a specific focus on our betting platforms, you’ll define and implement the strategy that will drive the next phase of growth and innovation. You’ll be at the forefront of delivering exceptional customer experiences across our web and native apps, all while expanding our product portfolio.

In close collaboration with our tech teams, you’ll lead the platform strategy, identify new product opportunities, and optimise existing offerings. You’ll also develop and execute product roadmaps, manage product lifecycles, and lead go-to-market strategies to create maximum value for both our customers and the business.

By working with cross-functional teams—Design, Marketing, Risk & Trading, and Operations—you’ll foster growth, conduct market analysis, and build your team’s capabilities.

About You

• You have 5+ years of experience in a Product Management role, including time spent in senior or lead positions.
• You have a customer-first mindset and are always looking for ways to enhance the customer experience.
• You challenge the status quo and embrace new ideas to drive innovation.
• You value collaboration and support others when things don’t go as planned.
• You go above and beyond, constantly pushing to overdeliver on excitement and results.
• You’re passionate about learning and adapting to improve continuously.
