As a TasWater
Water Services Operator, you’ll play a pivotal role in the
operation and maintenance of water treatment plants for the communities of
Forth, Sheffield, Ulverstone and Penguin.
Your contributions to operating and assessing assets and conducting in-field water sampling are essential to
ensure the delivery of safe and dependable services, making a significant
impact on the wellbeing of our community.
This permanent full-time position attracts a 9-day fortnight and a
salary package of $80 - 89K per annum (inc. superannuation), plus on-call
allowances.
If you:
- Seek entry into a new

certificate or similar qualification, a commitment to quality workmanship,
and attention to detail;

literacy, essential for operating our equipment and daily task completion;
- Are open to traveling to
regional and remote areas during your shifts, with occasional overnight
stays;
- Can diligently adhere to
company procedures and regulations, especially those related to personal
and community health and safety instructions; and
- Meet the physical requirements for the role, which include heavy lifting, kneeling, and working in confined spaces.
