What you'll contribute to


The Senior Digital Delivery Lead is primarily responsible for providing Digital Delivery Leadership (incl. Web & CRM) to relevant stakeholders in TMCA, such as Sales, Marketing, Lexus, and Franchise Planning to provide the business with well-integrated technology and information systems support and to enable TMCA to execute its strategy and achieve its objectives.



The role is part of Digital Connected Services (DCS) which is responsible for providing strategic Information and Technology leadership, reliable enterprise solutions and impactful experiences to our Dealers and our Customers, to enable the achievement of Toyota's business objectives


This is a Permanent role based at Port Melbourne


How you'll make an impact

  • Provide vision and direction to our partnered development teams and confidence to our internal stakeholders throughout the delivery of digital initiatives
  • Assist internal stakeholders with the defining and prioritisation of product feature functionality for use by software development team.
  • Assist Product Management in defining the product vision, roadmap, and future growth opportunities.
  • Ensure that digital experiences (online, service integrations and relationships) perform against agreed objectives and success metrics. Maintain best practice in terms of quality, long-term cost, and re-use, while balancing technical excellence with business reality.
  • Coordinate vendor and stakeholder management for outsourced and internal development arrangements to ensure that resources are utilised efficiently and that the Guest Solutions team are skilled to meet both the current and future needs and requirements of TMCA.
  • Monitor own tasks with respect to compliance with all relevant regulations and statutory requirements to minimise Toyota's risk exposure and liabilities.

  • Degree qualification in IT/ Marketing or equivalent experience
  • Demonstrated ability to capture business requirements and develop solutions to complex problems.
  • Proven experience in digital systems, preferably including Content Management Systems and CRM Systems
  • Proven budget management experience and commercial acumen
  • Excellent stakeholder management and visual storytelling skills
  • Good awareness of legal and compliance policy
