What you'll contribute to
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a driven Incentives & Promotions Coordinator to join our National Sales division in a Max Term role until 31st May 2026.
The National Sales Division oversees the planning, coordination, and execution of all national vehicle sales, fleet management, integrated planning, and logistics activities to meet vehicle sales targets, market share goals, and profitability objectives.
The Incentives and Promotions Coordinator is mainly responsible for assisting in the development and execution of motivational strategies by coordinating content and managing projects to maximize vehicle sales volume, market share, and customer satisfaction.
This role is located in Port Melbourne, with the expectation of occasional interstate travel 2-3 times a year. Flexible work arrangements are also available.
How you'll make an impact
- Execute approved incentives and promotions processes and procedures in alignment with established policies to achieve National Sales objectives.
- Support the development of processes and procedures for incentives and promotions to enhance customer satisfaction and ensure alignment with the overall National Sales objectives.
- Support the implementation of Dealer incentive and recognition programs and associated events.
- Support the collection, summarization, analysis, and reporting of data, as well as forecasting and financial modelling activities, to assess the cost implications of new programs. Prepare and distribute reports, dealer information, and presentations to aid in informed decision-making.
- Conduct regular checks to ensure recognition and motivation programs remain financially stable and free from unauthorized processes and transactions, thereby ensuring program compliance.
- Serve as the point of contact for recognition and motivation programs. Promote and communicate program updates, ensuring the information accurately reflects program rules and that standards are clearly defined and understood. Work with Dealers and Regions to address any queries or issues, escalating matters as needed to minimize risk.
- Maintain reporting systems to deliver accurate and timely information that supports planning, budgeting, and forecasting activities for the business.

- Degree qualification in Marketing or Commerce or equivalent experience.
- Project management and coordination experience highly desirable.
- Great interpersonal, time management and problem-solving skills.
- Intermediate excel skills (vlookups & pivot tables) with experience in reporting and analysis.
- Experience in automotive sales and marketing environments with understanding of dealer networks and its operations (highly desirable).
