What you'll contribute to
An exciting opportunity has arisen for Sales Reporting & Analytics Compliance Coordinator to join our National Sales Division in a Max Term role for 12 months.
The National Sales Division is tasked with overseeing the planning, coordination, and execution of all national vehicle sales, fleet management, integrated planning, and logistics operations to meet vehicle sales volume, market share, and profitability goals.
The Sales Reporting & Analytics, Compliance Coordinator is primarily responsible for assisting in the implementation of systems, processes, and system improvements, as well as managing SAP master data. Additionally, this role supports the execution of budget requirements for National Sales to help the National Sales Team achieve their objectives.
This role is based in Port Melbourne, with flexible work arrangements available. Occasional interstate travel, approximately two to three times a year, is required.
How you'll make an impact
- Support the implementation of established sales processes and procedures in line with defined policies to achieve National Sales objectives.
- Provide assistance and support to National Sales and Regional Offices in ensuring policy compliance, as well as maintaining system requirements.
- Assist in the preparation and submission of reports to the Finance Division, including end-of-month reports, forecasts, and both short-term and long-term budget reports, ensuring alignment with the overall goals of National Sales.
- Analyse business trends and deviations from previous budget/forecast submissions, offering recommendations stakeholders.
- Assist in coordinating and presenting Sales finance management to various internal stakeholders, external stakeholders, and customers.
- Coach and develop internal stakeholders through training to ensure operational efficiency and business effectiveness are successfully achieved.

- A degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Experience in analysis and reporting.
- Background and exposure to month end processes including forecasting and budgeting.
- Familiarity and experience with compliance processes.
- Intermediate proficiency with SAP and Excel (xlookup, graphs -waterfall chart, sumifs/countifs).
