What you'll contribute to
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Senior Parts Business Consultant, to join our National Sales division in a full-time permanent role.
The National Sales Division oversees the planning, coordination, and execution of all national vehicle sales, fleet operations, integrated planning, and logistics functions, with the objective of achieving targeted vehicle sales volumes, market share, and profitability goals.
The Senior Parts Business Consultant is accountable for the growth and management of National Parts Sales, with a focus on the Crash, Mining, Trade, and Fleet sectors. Key responsibilities include identifying revenue opportunities and building relationships to achieve sales volume, market share, and profitability targets for Toyota.
This role is based in Port Melbourne with flexible work arrangements on offer. The role will also require interstate travel approximately once per month
How you'll make an impact
- Develop, implement, and evaluate strategies to drive the growth of Toyota's Parts business, while establishing policies to support the achievement of National Sales objectives.
- Manage and cultivate relationships with customers and stakeholders, delivering continuous support to strengthen customer engagement and drive parts sales volumes across both Vehicle and Value Chain channels.
- Advise and support Dealers and regional Parts staff in the formulation of policies and standards for Parts Sales, with the objective of achieving targeted sales volumes.
- Coordinate and lead customer, Dealer, and regional forums to ensure clear communication of Parts Sales plans, progress updates, and key issues to all relevant stakeholders.
- Maintain and update reporting systems to deliver accurate and timely information that supports business planning, budgeting, and forecasting activities.

- Demonstrated experience in automotive sales, fleet sales, or parts sales is highly preferred.
- In-depth knowledge of automotive parts and/or the fleet industry is advantageous.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with a successful track record in consulting and managing key stakeholders, maintaining long-term customer relationships.
- Experience in managing sales accounts and portfolios.
- A solid understanding of the automotive industry is preferred.
- Experience with reporting and analysis - excel (intermediate).
