About Us

At Transgrid, our work improves the lives of millions – from lighting up sports fields, schools and homes, to powering the wheels of commerce and everything else in between. Now it’s your turn to make it happen.

This is an exciting time in the energy industry with the transition to renewable energy. Recent government policy documents outline plans to facilitate increasing transmission interconnection between states and development of renewable energy zones.

The Opportunity

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to be part of an organisation dedicated to nation-building renewable energy projects that will provide on-demand energy and large-scale storage for many generations to come.

In this role, you will act as a trusted advisor, engaging with internal and external stakeholders while coordinating board and committee meetings and preparing relevant materials. You will provide compliance guidance on business projects, manage corporate records, and ensure all filings with ASIC and other regulators remain up to date. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a process improvement mindset.

About you

  • Relevant tertiary qualifications in business or law.
  • Specific governance qualifications are advantageous but not essential.
  • Minimum two years’ experience in governance-related roles (this may include legal, finance, project, secretariat or executive support roles).
  • Driven to grow, gain experience, and develop your skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, able to work independently and having a high attention to detail
