About Us

At Transgrid, we’re proud to be at the centre of Australia’s electricity network, playing a critical role in delivering power from generators to homes, schools, businesses, and communities across NSW and the ACT.

The Opportunity

We’re looking for a Senior Workplace Services Co-ordinator to join our team at our Darling Square office. In this key role, you will lead the smooth and efficient running of our office operations, facilities, and administrative services, helping to create a safe, welcoming, and productive environment for all.

You’ll be responsible for processing invoices, monitoring office expenses and deliveries, and supporting recruitment, onboarding, and training activities. With a strong focus on customer service and a practical approach to business operations, your contribution will be central to ensuring everything runs seamlessly behind the scenes.

About You

  • Experience in managing office operations with a strong customer service focus and an integrated approach to property, facilities, and project management
  • Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities, with confidence in prioritising and managing competing demands
  • A proactive mindset with the ability to identify and implement improvements to enhance workplace efficiency and the overall employee experience
  • Strong financial awareness, including experience with budget tracking, invoice processing, and managing contractor relationships to ensure service standards are met
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively across teams and all levels of the organisation.

As this role is central to the daily operations of our office, you’ll be required to work full time on site to provide the highest level of support to the team.

Recognition & Reward

We believe that when our people are supported, they thrive. That’s why we offer a range of personal, professional, and lifestyle benefits, including:

  • Corporate discounts across retail, utilities, travel, and health & wellbeing
  • 9-day fortnight, with a day off every two weeks
  • 20 weeks paid parental leave
  • Ongoing access to learning and development opportunities, including mentoring and support for further education

Wherever you are in your career journey, Transgrid offers you the chance to grow and make a real impact.
