Possession Coordinator
About the role
The role of the Possession Coordinator is to facilitate planning and booking arrangements for works within the Rail Corridor including resource requirements and possession bids.
- Interface with relevant stakeholders and the Unity Delivery Team to arrange corridor access bookings and resources
- Ensure efficient possession planning and management of the T-minus process
- Provide interface solutions between competing disciplines (civil/station/rail)
- Tracking and reporting on resource costs
About You
- Minimum of 4 years’ relevant experience
- Demonstrated ability to plan and organise schedules and resources
- Knowledge of Rail Operator requirements
- Must have an Australian Drivers Licence
- Strong communication skills (oral & written) including strong negotiation and influencing skills and the ability to establish effective working relationships with a variety of people at different levels both internally and externally.
