The role

As a WORK180 Account Manager, you will be helping WORK180 Endorsed Employers work towards their strategic DEI goals and support them in becoming a progressive workplace where all women thrive. You will work as part of a team with other Account Managers and DEI Advisors to drive social impact through exceptional client relations.

  • You will be responsible for maintaining and growing client relationships, whilst managing renewals and identifying suitable packages of support.

  • You will deliver inspiring and educational presentations to clients, informing them of new products as well as keeping them across any developments in DEI or trends relevant to their industries.

  • You will provide clients with support and guidance on DEI policies and work closely with our team of DEI Advisors who offer additional workshops and consulting.

  • We all work remotely but you will make the most of opportunities to visit clients in person to help build relationships and influence and host regional DEI events for Endorsed Employers to attend.

  • This role will cover clients in Australia and the UK, so you will need to able to work 12-8:30pm on at least 3 days of the week to work across timezones.

  • Proven experience in key account management. HR or DEI experience is a plus.
    We are looking for an experienced Account Manager who wants to double down on their experience to date and take their career to the next level. Experience of working with HR professionals or an interest in the DEI space would be a bonus. We need someone who can hit the ground running within the account management team.

  • Excellent stakeholder management skills You will feel comfortable presenting to CEOs and HR leads and will be an advocate for WORK180 and the value we can bring to Endorsed Employers.

  • Highly developed planning and organisational skills You will be responsible for managing your own time and your own portfolio. You will be expected to problem-solve with your clients and deliver results that will help to achieve their strategic goals.

  • Outstanding interpersonal skills and confidence in presenting complex information in a simple manner. Whether it’s with new, existing clients or the wider business, you will be able to clearly articulate why organisations need WORK180 and why focusing on DEI is key to their success.

  • Proven experience in renewing & upgrading contracts You will be prepared for renewal time with your clients and be able to present data and offer solutions that demonstrate the value of the WORK180 partnership now and in the future. You will feel comfortable discussing commercials and be able to close renewals, at least 60 days before the contract expiration

  • Eligible to work in Australia (Australian citizen or permanent resident).

The process

We acknowledge that the recruitment process can be stressful and we aim to alleviate the stress of this by being transparent about our process. Below are the timelines for our recruitment process:

  • Review of applications and screening – 6th May - 10th May.

  • Communication of screening outcomes to candidates – w/c 13th March.

  • First virtual interviews with our Head of People & Culture, Stacey Quilton – 13th-17th May.

  • Role Specific Task - presented in the interview with hiring manager, to give you a chance to demonstrate your potential and fit for this role.

  • Second interviews with hiring manager.

  • Final Topgrading Interview with two of the leadership team, to deep dive into your full background and experience. This will include asking questions about everything from your high school experience to your latest role.

  • Reference checks, offers & contracts.

  • Communication of outcomes to unsuccessful candidates & feedback.

  • Onboarding – Week 1 and 2 from the start date.

  • New starter survey – Week 12 from the start date.
