The Products & Partnerships team sits within the UK Card Services organization, which covers both the consumer and commercial issuing businesses in American Express. The British Airways Cobrand team is seeking a dynamic team member, who has exceptional collaboration and stakeholder management skills and is looking for an exciting new opportunity to work with a key Cobrand partner.

The role of British Airways Commercial Product Executive is a unique combination of partner and product management. We are the E2E owners of the British Airways Commercial Cobrand product suite (Corporate and Business products) and associated partner relationship. This role offers individuals the opportunity to join the Amex community of product managers and develop their product marketing skills, driving tangible results for the business within a partner-facing environment.

How will you make an impact in this role?

  • Support the partner relationship on a day-to-day basis – meeting business objectives for both parties
  • Lead and work on a variety of projects to help achieve portfolio goals
  • Develop & execute our communication and engagement strategy incl. defining customer needs, as well as implement marketing campaigns which help us achieve portfolio targets
  • Support the delivery of product optimisations including stakeholder alignment and coordination with product operations, tech and marketing
  • Build stakeholder relationships internally to ensure buy-in, alignment and optimal delivery
  • Monitor portfolio performance through monthly reporting, analysing data and identifying insights and trends
  • Back our frontline customer service and account management teams to ensure that our Cardmembers are supported and satisfied
  • Oversee management of advertising budget and invoicing

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Proven relationship building skills and an ability to align and influence various stakeholders
  • Previous experience in managing campaigns or projects end to end
  • Experienced in delivering multiple work streams simultaneously under tight timelines
  • Able to articulate and communicate ideas to internal and external audiences
  • Accountability and a positive mind set; enjoys working in a fast-paced environment; proven adaptability and ability to creatively problem solve
