Job Description Summary
We are looking for an experienced Total Rewards Director to support the EMEA Total Rewards team on compensation and benefit programme integration projects across Aristocrat’s portfolio of companies. Integration projects include employee benefits plans, incentive programs, compensation structure development for various countries, and job architecture alignment.This role is offered on an initial 6 month FTC and on a hybrid work basis. You will be required to work 1-2 days per week in our central London office.
What You'll Do (Job Requirements)
Support EMEA Total Rewards on building EMEA compensation strategy
Facilitate key compensation projects such as salary planning, market analysis, job design, and variable pay planning to sustain the company’s ability to hire & retain the best talent
Liaising with subject matter experts within the broader People & Culture function (e.g. Recruitment, Learning and Development, Systems and Shared Services etc.) to provide consultancy and advice to our operating businesses
Implementing new Reward & Benefits policies, practices, and programs to meet business needs
Design operating business/country specific competitive compensation structures considering business priorities, market practices, local regulations
Provide ongoing support, training and counselling to global People & Culture Business Partners and business leaders to create a common understanding of our compensation programs
What We're Looking For (Qualifications)
Experienced in working in a large, complex organisation, preferably in digital, technology or gaming sectors
Experience in working in an EMEA regional role
Experience in M&A and acquisition integration
Hands-on experience in compensation projects such as job levelling, market analysis, variable compensation
Responsive to adapting to changing business needs and multiple stakeholder groups with differing priorities
