I joined Aristocrat in October 2023 following a five-year journey within the group. Throughout my time here, I have been impressed by Aristocrat's strategic commitment to fostering an inclusive and empowering workplace culture where everyone—especially women—has the opportunity to thrive and excel. In my capacity, I have closely collaborated with the leadership team to champion initiatives that ensure employees feel valued, supported, and heard. The company provides robust frameworks for development, comprehensive training programmes, and tailored mentorship to nurture talent and drive growth. As a senior leader, I have seen how my region’s progressive policies, such as flexible working arrangements, enhanced annual and parental leave, and extensive wellness programmes, have been leveraged to support our female workforce in achieving both personal and professional success. My role has allowed me to shape our organisational culture by supporting strategic initiatives and events that champion diversity, equity, inclusion and belonging.
