Associate Director - Clinical Study Supply Chain


Join our Global Clinical Supply Chain organization as an Associate Director, where you will be responsible for leading, developing, and guiding a team of Clinical Supply Study Leads. This role offers the opportunity to work collaboratively with other managers in the organization to support the delivery of clinical supplies while ensuring global supply chain best practices.


As an Associate Director, you will provide courageous leadership to your team, acting as a role model and giving clear direction during periods of change and ambiguity. You will manage a team responsible for establishing supply chains for clinical studies, ensuring consistent delivery to time, cost, and quality. You will also be responsible for managing procedures and systems that support these activities. Your role will include contributing to capacity planning of the Clinical Study Supply Chain resources, establishing ways to improve efficiency, flexibility, and productivity within the team and global Supply Chain.

Essential Skills/Experience:
- Education acc. to CV
- Knowledge of Supply Chain
- People Leadership/Management
- Excellent stakeholder management skills

Desirable Skills/Experience:
- Working knowledge of the Clinical Trial Directive and global regulatory environment impacting the provision of investigational products
- In-depth knowledge of Clinical Manufacturing & Supply and the drug development process
- Lean awareness/practice/qualification
- Supply chain qualification e.g., APICS
