Accountabilities:
As the SAP Regional Lead for Europe, you will lead and develop a high performing team with rich knowledge of underlying business processes, SAP technical skills and SAP data management. You will work across the global SAP team to achieve maximum collaboration and delivery effectiveness. You will be accountable for leading multiple SAP capabilities and delivering uninterrupted business support from both current ECC and the future S/4 HANA systems.

Essential Skills/Experience:

  • In-depth experience with SAP (ideally business suite) either in a technical or business capacity
  • Experience managing capabilities and people in a large matrix organization with diverse teams.
  • Previous experience working with senior leaders across business and IT communities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and proactive approach to problem solving.

Desirable Skills/Experience:

  • Strong knowledge of SAP, understanding of cross functional integration in SAP, awareness of SAP product roadmap and new features introduced as part of S/4 HANA.
  • Experience in the Pharma Industry practices.
  • S/4 HANA Implementation experience.
