Operations is the crucial link between our Research and Development lab and the pharmacy shelf. We operate in over 100 countries, and our medicines are used around the globe.

About the Programme

Our two-year rotational programme prepares you for accelerated entry into an impactful role, shaping your future as an Operations leader. Since its launch in 2009, over 250 graduates have completed our programme, and gone on to exciting careers.

Starting in September 2025, the programme consists of (3) eight-month placements, each offering valuable insights into our business and the opportunity to shape its strategic direction. You’ll engage in a technically focused rotation, a placement at one of our manufacturing facilities, and some potential international experience. Our placements are designed to give you hands-on experience across functions and build a strong foundation for rapid learning and growth. In our global and regional functions, you could develop your knowledge of Supply Chain, Logistics, External Sourcing & Global Quality. Our corporate functions will hone and develop your skills and experience across Procurement, Information Technology, and Engineering.

Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree awarded in 2024 or due to be awarded in 2025 in engineering, supply chain management, manufacturing technology, biological/physical sciences, or a related field (0 years of experience required).

  • Agility of thought and understanding, and the curiosity and flexibility to work anywhere within Operations

  • Strong business acumen, leadership skills, and the ability to motivate change

  • The confidence and vision to critically assess and challenge existing ways of working

  • Global and regional flexibility to rotate through our business at the locations that offer you the best developmental experiences.

  • Strong communication skills (verbal and written).
