Accountabilities:

As an IT Business Partner in our IT Digital & Sustainability team within Operations IT, you will focus on strategy, delivery, and governance of Digital Sustainability projects & products which leverage industry 4.0 technology. You will manage and deliver projects utilising Artificial Intelligence (AI)/GenAI, Digital Twins, Internet of Things (IoT) and many more. In this truly Global role, you will be accountable for partnering with various collaborators from the business to enable the AstraZeneca Sustainability ambitions.

Essential Skills/Experience:

- Technical or Business Degree

- Business Partnering experience with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and expectations

- Proven skills and experience managing and controlling large project and programme budgets

- Interest in Sustainability and ESG trends and direction of travel

- Experience in Digital Technologies & Industry 4.0 (desirable)

- Excellent communication and relationship management skills

- Experience managing and leading global project teams

- Experience in project/product delivery in a matrix organisation

- Strong knowledge and experience with suppliers and supplier solutions

- Evidence of shaping innovative solutions that have a major impact within the business area and organisation

- Excellent business acumen with sensitivity to environment

- Experience working in a global organization where partners and project team members are geographically dispersed.

- Experience in digital transformation projects

While not essential, experience in sustainability initiatives or projects would be highly beneficial.
