Package: Starting from £47,690 (depending on your suitability, qualifications, and level of experience)

The Senior Quality Engineer will serve as Subject Matter Expert for Metrology in Future Quality, and support Inspection functions within Operations Quality.

- Good depth and breadth of knowledge within their technical field. In particular, must have substantial experience of programming CMMs using Quindos and PC-DMIS.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver technical assessments using appropriate methodologies and contributing to capability development.
- Support the implementation and development of tools, techniques and validation methods to ensure Right First Time methodology.
- Generate KPI data and reports to support improvement through accurate metrics and action plans.
- Engagement with relevant stakeholders across AWE to promote Quality influence at all stages of projects and programmes.
- The Company may require you to fulfil any other reasonable duties aligned to your position from time to time in line with business needs.
Important things you need to know:
- You will need to obtain and maintain the necessary security clearance for the role. This will be funded by AWE. The nature of our work does mean you need to be a British Citizen who has been resident in the UK for the past 5 years in order to apply for SC clearance and 10 years for DV.
