We believe we deliver our best when we work together. It’s the way we do things, trusting and giving our people the autonomy to manage their own day-to-day, promoting wellbeing, whilst still prioritising time together with our colleagues to connect, collaborate and share our ideas.

How you’ll change it up

You’ll be joining our dynamic Supply Chain function, taking responsibility for supplier sourcing and contract management within the IT category in support of all of CityFibre’s business areas. Day to day, this is what you can expect to be doing:

  • Driving improved performance and value from incumbent supply chain partners
  • Identifying, driving and closing out EBITDA positive opportunities across the category

What you’ll bring to the role

You’ll have end-to-end experience of contract management and sourcing processes, with a great understanding of the IT category and key suppliers within it. Any experience procuring network equipment is a bonus! You’ll also bring the following with you:

  • A sense of urgency and proactiveness – able to prioritise a range of competing priorities
  • Specific experience in the sourcing, procurement and supply chain management of IT systems and potentially engineering technology
  • Experience of supplier selection, auditing and assessing suppliers
  • An understanding of procurement principles around effective category and change management
  • Ability to articulate ideas and strategies to a wide audience
  • CIPS / AICCM qualification (or working towards), or equivalent experience
  • Valid UK driving license

We’re looking for people who don’t settle for ‘good enough’ and push things forward. If you’ve just found yourself thinking, ‘I’d love to do this’, we want to hear from you. Let’s change it up.
