Joining us as a Regional Capacity Management Engineer 12m FTC

As our Regional Capacity Management Engineer, you will play a vital role in maximising network performance. Your responsibilities will include developing innovative solutions, monitoring network performance, identifying areas for upgrades, and collaborating with Network Architects and Engineers to optimise our network infrastructure.

You’ll receive a salary of up to £44,500,a car allowance, a performance related bonus, and a range of benefits to support you across your financial, physical and mental wellbeing.

This is some of what you can expect to be doing:

  • Interrogating and interpreting information systems
  • Supporting the coordination of all regional passive capacity requirements
  • Acting as the point of contact and supervisor for contractor resources
  • Assisting in the development, implementation, and promotion of CityFibre's network design topologies

What you’ll bring to the role

You’ll have detailed working understanding of fibre planning alongside FTTP architecture, components and materials knowledge. You’ll also bring the following:

  • Experience of handling and manipulating raw data
  • Working knowledge of all aspects of fibre networks
  • Ability to produce detailed industry standard level of survey, installation and as-built documentation
