Joining us as a Service Transition Executive 12m FTC

Our Service Transition Executive will support the smooth implementation of new partners and products, collaborating with business owners, project managers, operations, and suppliers to meet high-quality standards and ensure seamless handover to BAU.

You’ll receive a salary of up to £35,000 dependant on experience,a performance related bonus, and a range of benefits to support you across your financial, physical and mental wellbeing.

This is some of what you can expect to be doing:

  • Assist in delivering full lifecycle support, including training, documentation, and project sign-off, ensuring effective Transfer to Operations
  • Act as a gatekeeper, ensuring new services meet readiness criteria and align with operational standards
  • Maintain comprehensive service documentation that adheres to ITIL best practices and is kept up-to-date throughout the service lifecycle
  • Represent Operations in project meetings to help set service acceptance criteria for new or changing services
  • Engage with stakeholder groups, contributing suggestions to enhance delivery efficiency and service transition processes

What you’ll bring to the role

A solid background in service operations with a process-oriented approach. You’ll also have:

  • Practical knowledge of standard processes and best practices within service operations
  • A structured mindset, maintaining consistency and accuracy in daily tasks
  • Analytical skills to interpret data, identify trends, and support decision-making
  • Clear and confident communication abilities to effectively convey information to peers and stakeholders
  • A keen interest in process improvement, contributing to continuous enhancement initiatives
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks, manage deadlines, and handle multiple responsibilities
