Joining us as a Operations Coordinator
As our Operations Coordinator, you will assist in supporting the Service Operations function within Field Network Operations, particularly within Network Maintenance and Emergency Response. While ensuring that activities, reporting, KPIs, and objectives are met on time, within scope, and budget.
You’ll receive a salary of up to £33,000,a performance related bonus, and a range of benefits to support you across your financial, physical and mental wellbeing.
This is some of what you can expect to be doing:
- Ensuring visibility of activities, costs, and risks across all field operations
- Maintaining comprehensive reporting, ensuring SharePoint and Salesforce are up to date
- Coordinating regional activities with stakeholders to ensure smooth delivery of targets
- Monitoring delivery progress against KPIs and budget, identifying risks, and assisting the workstream leads with mitigation strategies
- Managing relationships with both internal and external stakeholders effectively
What you’ll bring to the role
You’ll bring strong project coordination skills, with a focus on risk management and financial oversight. You’ll also have:
- Proven experience coordinating large, complex projects
- A track record of identifying and delivering risk mitigation strategies
- Proven ability to manage project budgets and finances
- In-depth knowledge of project management methodologies, such as Prince2 or PMI
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Project, Word, and PowerPoint at an intermediate level or above
