This hybrid role offers a great balance of home and office working. You’ll join your colleagues in your local office at least 2 days a week.

Joining us as a Customer Project Manager

As an experienced Customer Project Manager, you will be responsible for the end-to-end project delivery to onboard and integrate CityFibre’s residential products and services with our clients. You will be client facing and you will own the project plan and deliverables required to execute this project successfully.

This is some of what you can expect to be doing:

  • Planning and management to agreed dates and standards for all IT, Network, Billing and Service Design artefacts for customer on-boarding
  • Agree end-user mass migration strategy and user-journeys to meet the contractual obligations
  • Owner of the overall customer delivery plan, both for ongoing RFS production in existing cities and on-boarding customers into new cities
  • Work closely with all internal departments to ensure delivery of the contracted deliverables and continuous improvement actions

What you’ll bring to the role

As a Customer Project Manager you will have experience and knowledge Prince 2 methodologies qualified or demonstrable experience of applying this in a commercial environment.

You’ll also have:

  • Experience integrating IT systems, customer portals and APIs
  • Familiar with developing and implementing Service Management / Service Design in a supplier/client environment
  • Appreciation of billing systems and processes and ensuring these are compliant with contractual terms
  • Experience in managing risks, issues, reporting and chairing stakeholder and workstream meetings
  • Outstanding presentation skills and excellent stakeholder management is essential
  • Prince 2 Practitioner (Agile or Waterfall)
  • Telecoms industry experience running supplier projects with B2B and/or B2B2C clients
  • Customer portals and APIs
