Finance Business Partner
This is a hybrid role, with at least two days per week working from our London office.

Joining us as a Finance Business Partner
We’re at an exciting point in our journey where our focus is on significant growth and we expect to double our revenues over the next few years. We are looking for Finance Business Partners who want to make an immediate impact and contribution to the business.

This is some of what you can expect to be doing:
- Business partnering with Senior Management Team / Executive Team members to help evaluate and articulate performance, adding impact and value at the highest level
- Carrying out analysis and insight to on financial performance and operational / commercial KPIs highlighting areas of focus.
- Leading on the budget and forecasting for key areas of the business, aligning with key stakeholders, and identifying risks and opportunities to performance
What you’ll bring to the role
You’ll be a fully qualified accountant (ACA/CIMA/ACCA) who has strong business partnering skills, the ability to confidently influence and engage with complex senior stakeholder groups, and the drive to create long-lasting positive impact. You’ll also have:
- Commercial finance / business partnering experience
- Ability and drive to operate at pace in an agile environment and work to tight deadlines
- A commercial mindset with the ability to think outside the box.
- Experience in Excel, with strong financial modelling skills
