Your Team
The Senior Manager Brand and Media, reports to the Executive Director, Brand and Engagement. The Brand and Customer Engagement team sits within the CFS Customer Office (CO) business unit and is responsible for developing and implementing the CFS Customer and Brand strategies to grow the business including Advisors, Employers and Direct customers.
Your Responsibilities
- Deliver a consistent, differentiated and relevant brand and new customer acquisition strategy across all touchpoints to grow key customer metrics in balance with business outcomes
- Engage with key stakeholders to align on brand strategy, goals, and execution plans, ensuring consistent communication and collaboration.
- Develop strategic marketing briefs that empower our designers, content creators, agencies, and media partners to deliver memorable and effective campaigns and customer experiences
- Management and execution of the social media strategy across owned social channels
Your Capability and Experience
- A passion for brand and a track record of driving brand results
- A proven track record of leading data led strategies with clear success outcomes of customer growth
- Demonstrated experience in leading of brand and customer strategies
- Experience working with marketing teams of similar capability across brand, media, creativity and content
- This organisation has a flat structure and is aiming for collaboration and agility. A key feature that will set you apart is the ability to get the outcomes you require by leading and influencing across the customer office and wider business
- Have an understanding of risk and the risk culture we are trying to achieve at CFS.
