The Opportunity

We are seeking a Senior CAD Draftsperson with demonstrated experience to provide technical drawing support across a diverse portfolio of engineering projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with design engineers to produce 12d design outputs and create engineering plans that meet authority and DCE standards
• Lead and mentor junior drafters, sharing expertise and fostering professional growth
• Actively participate in team discussions to promote best practices and technical improvements
• Perform drawing revisions and updates as required

About You

Essential Skills & Experience:

• At least 4+ years’ experience using AutoCAD™ in a civil consulting environment (2D)
• Completion of an AutoCAD™ course
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)
• Strong attention to detail and critical thinking skills
• Motivated team player with a passion for drafting and career development
