Cash Allocation Administrator

As part of our continued development, we are looking to appoint a Cash Allocation Administrator on a full-time, fixed term contract basis.

What does the job involve?

  • Daily downloading of bank statements
  • Timely and accurate allocation of receipts received
  • Processing of customer refunds and ledger adjustments
  • Ensuring full posting of all receipts
  • Customer payment dispute management and reconciliation
  • Applying customer and intercompany payments as directed
  • Communicating with customers where required for payment confirmation
  • Generation of key documentation via 3rd party suppliers

What skills or experience do I need to do the job?

  • An interest in finance and accountancy – no previous experience required
  • Great attention to detail
  • An ability to learn and develop
  • Good Excel skills – able to create Pivot Tables and VLOOKUPS
  • Have a strong customer service focus – with a professional outlook
