We have an excellent opportunity to join our People Team at Stratford London HQ working as our Talent & Resourcing Advisor - 12 Month Fixed Term Contract.

The Role

We are seeking a colleague that will be responsible for delivering recruitment services to both internal and external stakeholders, while meeting our company-wide Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to enhance diversity within Greater Anglia (GA). Your primary focus will be on ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the entire recruitment process. You will take ownership to attract, source, interview and recruit candidates for assigned business areas, support local resource management needs.

The role involves collaborating with core business functions to successfully carry out recruitment activities and placements, taking ownership of the end-to-end recruitment process, and supporting the Greater Together Inclusive Recruitment program. Moreover, the role involves creating job advertisements that promote inclusivity, serving as a brand ambassador, and collaborating with HR Business Partners and hiring managers. The role also involves managing talent pipelines, using creative candidate sourcing techniques, and providing guidance to hiring managers. The role also involves maintaining data integrity, GDPR compliance, and staying informed about diversity and inclusion trends. The role also involves managing the recruitment process through the ATS system, Harbour.

What we are looking for

We are currently seeking a colleague who embodies a level of professionalism and fosters a positive attitude. Preferably, candidates should possess previous experience in recruitment. You will work closely with HR Business Partners, hiring managers, the talent team, and other stakeholders. You will need the ability to communicate and interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

You should have an enthusiasm for recruitment, diversity, and knowledge of UK employment law. Additionally, experience using ATS systems and awareness of diversity, equity, and inclusion would be helpful.
