We have a fantastic opportunity for an enthusiastic and highly motivated individual to join our on-board train crew team as a Trainee Conductor based at Norwich.
The Role
Our Operations Department is integral to the smooth running of our trains and Customer Service is at the heart of everything we do. We are therefore looking to expand our Conductor Team to help us to improve our customer experience.
You will be responsible for undertaking all duties with safety as your primary concern, in accordance with all relevant rules and regulations and company procedures. Whilst principally ensuring the safety of yourself, our trains, and customers, you will also protect company revenue and deliver outstanding customer service.
In this role, you will be required to ensure the prompt departure of all our train services and report any delays to our Control team at the first opportunity.
This position will require you to work a combination of early starts, and late finishes. There is also weekend working and bank holidays
Full uniform will be provided, to ensure that you embrace our values and brand as a business.
